F & S Invest a. s. is a group of companies engaged in development projects focused on meeting the needs of customers looking for residential housing in the Prague area. The main goal of our group is to create residential projects that are in harmony with the living and social environment, and that emphasize affordable but high-quality housing. The construction of our projects takes place in the Rudná u Prahy area and in the city of Slaný.

History
In 2012, we began construction of the 1st stage of the Na Malé Růži residential project in Drahelčice u Rudná. We have currently completed the 6th stage and are handing over the houses to their new owners. The next 7th stage will follow soon.
In 2024, we completed the 1st stage of the Verde Slaný project, which was preceded by the completion of the Borovského Viladům project in the same location, near the newly renovated Kumpánova zahrada park in 2021.
From Q2/2025, we will continue with the next stage within the Verde Slaný project under the name Byty Borovského. Thus, Kumpánova zahrada park is still within reach of its future residents.
