In parallel with the 6th phase of our project Na Malé Růži, we have added semi-detached houses SO445 and SO446, energy class B, to the sale, the construction of which is proceeding differently from the 6th phase. At the Byty Borovského project in Slaný, the roof trusses on both buildings have been completed, including the waterproofing membrane. Inside the buildings, the rough water, sewer, and electrical systems are being installed, and preparations are beginning for the installation of the rough floors.

The construction of the project Byty Borovského in Slaný is proceeding according to plan. The roof truss of one building has been completed, including the waterproofing foil. Inside the houses, interior partition walls, electrical wiring, sewage, water, and heating systems are being constructed.
