Everything on the site Na Malé Růži is now complete as far as the foundation plates are concerned, and work is underway on the boundary and load-bearing walls of the 1st floor. For some of the houses, the ceiling slab is already under construction and we are starting to build the 2nd floor.

The final step in the building construction process has begun - we are handing over the apartments to the new owners. More information can be found at Verde Slaný.

As part of the open day, you can also visit our already furnished model apartment in project Verde Slaný. We look forward to your visit, please reserve your visit in advance.

On 30 April 2024, the building authority in Slaný issued a building approval for the use of the construction. 
An important milestone of the Verde Slaný project has been successfully achieved.
